Holzer’s Black Garlic Powder – Black garlic powder

100% ground black garlic – 20 g

Excellent for flavouring any dish.

Special recipe suggestion:
Salt and pepper chicken breast fillet, add a little chilli and sprinkle with Black Garlic powder – on both sides. Fry in olive oil. If necessary, you can also add fresh tomatoes and sauté everything in the pan until the tomatoes are soft and a flavourful sauce is formed.
